Microsoft Operations Internship (Winter)
The Microsoft Sales Operations Intern is responsible for the Pax8 Microsoft team’s data validation/analysis and project management. He/she works collaboratively with the Pax8 + Microsoft and Sales teams to ensure that projects are completed on-time and deliver expected results.
Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Owning and managing data validation for historical reporting effort: Meeting with internal stakeholders to ensure that dates, timeframes, and desired statuses are clearly defined. Partnering with the Business Analytics team to develop automated reporting for all Microsoft Sales KPI metics and SureStep commitments.
- Attending all daily meetings with Microsoft team to ensure that every project is properly progressing
- Creating weekly content for the Microsoft weekly sales check-in meetings
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Microsoft team to innovate new resources, offerings and sales strategies.
- Supporting Microsoft projects like C3 and the operational reporting and compiling weekly reviews for sales team, executives and Microsoft PDM team
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Passion for design and excitement to be a part of a rapidly growing, award-winning company
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Required Education & Certifications:
- Pursuing a B.S./B.A. degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Must reside in CO
Internship Information:
- January 2021-April 2021
- Paid hourly
- Part-time (~20hr/week)
- Remote working (work from home)
