The challenge

Adobe's Commercial Go-to-Market team is responsible for aligning the company’s sales & marketing departments to ensure that investments in demand gen programs drive profitable sales for the business. We turn digital signals into potential deals.

Our team is made of left brain / right brain problem solvers equally interested in analyzing marketing messaging and performance data. We invest in building processes that help us assess our own efficiency and are constantly working to improve the results we deliver. This is a marketing position for people that want to keep score, measure the impact of their work. Are you someone that's creative and a little competitive? You'll fit right in.

What you’ll do

  • Work with demand gen to measure the quality and quantity of leads being generated to support product teams around the world
  • Balance our investments in sales improvement and training efforts based on program performance and targets
  • Partner with sales leaders to track lead performance through the deal cycle, identifying patterns to drive opportunistic investment or cost savings
  • Work with the marketing and sales automation teams to design repeatable sales sequences that engage customers and open doors for sales

What you need to succeed

  • Proficiency working in Excel and SaaS platforms (Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce)
  • Able to join & analyze data from different systems
  • Street smarts and the ability to connect data to the real world processes it represents
  • Creativity and a problem solving mentality.
  • Experience on sales, marketing, or consulting teams will be useful
  • Degree or focus in marketing, econ, or engineering a plus

Location

Our new office is in the Denver City Center near plenty of shops and restaurants. We also have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains from our windows.
