Program Overview
One of the internship program’s objectives is to provide a holistic understanding of how a business operates. This includes exposure and participation in multiple business functional areas, activities, and levels of personnel. Interns are assigned a primary focus area, and will visit different departments on a weekly basis to learn how the departments interact and support the company’s overall business objectives. Our interns see best business practices in action, and we work to help interns understand whether immixGroup would be the right company to join upon graduation.
