Do you want to play a role in global commerce?

Prologis seeks an undergraduate-level intern passionate about Project Management and Financial Cost Reporting to help us further develop project level financial performance reporting across the organization. This individual will work within the Finance & Agile Project Management teams within the IT Governance organization, and have direct exposure to inner workings of financial reporting and performance management in the PMO and IT Finance suite of tools. Further, this intern will be working closely with IT team members at all levels (VP and below) gathering, reviewing, and evaluating various cost performance and forecasting data pertaining to the IT portfolio. During the 10-12 week program, you’ll contribute to projects that impact the business on a global scale.

What’s needed in order to do that:

• Gain understanding of and working within the monthly financial update processes within IT to include monthly financial performance and forecasting, new project intake, and overall project delivery performance status

• Working with IT Delivery Leads and IT leadership to capture key reporting and dashboard requirements

• Gain understanding, exposure, and experience, build ad hoc and recurring financial reports and relevant Portfolio/Program level dashboards in one or more of the Prologis IT PMO and Finance toolset (Jira, Jira Align, Apptio, Tempo time reporting, Tableau)

• Assist with administrative duties as required to facilitate efficient information gathering.

• Proficient Excel modeling skills. Exposure to Jira, Jira Align, or Apptio applications a plus.
