Denver-based hospitality Company seeks a professional, highly-organized goal oriented internship candidate with strong communication skills, and the desire to enter the real estate field. The ideal candidate will be entering their junior or senior year at an accredited four-year institution with one to two semesters of hospitality and/or real estate courses completed. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of leadership skills, integrity, interpersonal strengths, business judgement and work ethic.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations after reviewing the supply/demand balance of homes and destinations to optimize Inspirato’s portfolio of travel options
  • Analyze the performance of individual homes/destinations and compare to annual budgets
  • Analyze revenue pacing and recommend a way to merchandise inventory
  • Provide recommendations on cost saving measures and subsequent implementation
  • Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Revenue Management, Hospitality Services and Asset Operations to review portfolio performance and coordinate portfolio direction
  • Ensure property renewals are achieving interdepartmental deadlines to successfully release to the greater membership base
  • Assist in underwriting contract extensions with homeowners
  • Collaborate with your manager and legal team to assist in drafting legal documents
  • Review the Property Onboarding Process to ensure all parties are achieving consistent results while finding lasting efficiencies to ensure seamless future New Property Announcements
  • Assist in presenting applicable financial and satisfaction metrics during Business Review meetings with senior leadership
  • Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and payment of invoices

  • Attention to Detail – Must be able to consistently demonstrate strong attention to detail for pro forma inputs, lease terms and lead follow through
  • Project Management - Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all components of each task are properly presented, managed and reported
  • Adaptability - Adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation; deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events; appreciate opportunity to adjust and adapt with growing business
  • Problem Solving – Must be able to solve problems in a timely manner; self-identify when to ask for help; gather and analyze information skillfully and efficiently; and work well in group problem solving situations
  • Presentation Skills- Able to demonstrate a clear ability to create and deliver presentations that succinctly demonstrate the essence of the material being presented. Must be comfortable with presentations to large groups

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Entering junior or senior year at an accredited four-year university
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Hospitality Management
  • One to two semesters of hospitality, finance, and/or real estate courses completed
  • Software Strength - Proven advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
