The Zayo internship program is open to juniors and graduating seniors (undergraduates). All internships are paid, full-time work experiences. All internships are from June 7* - August 13, 2021 (*start date flexible to academic obligations).
Assists Sales Operations Manager and the broad sales organization with operational analysis, financial reporting, and data management. Creates Salesforce reports, dynamic dashboards, and metrics for management team to increase visibility into sales performance and operations. Assists in the management, administration and calculation of the sales commission plans. Acts as a broad resource to the sales team for data retrieval, customer and industry research, and cross-functional communication.
Perform data clean-up and data integrity analysis on the embedded base
Create process documents for Sales Ops and Sales
Identify Opportunities for Automation
Create dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Analytics as needed
Analyze data from Salesforce in Excel for specific projects
Assist broader Sales Operations Team on ad-hoc analysis projects and presentations
Complete geography and company research on accounts
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Undergrad preferred, pursuing a degree in Finance or Business related field
Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs is required
Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Must be a self-motivator with a strong work-ethic
Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize
