Ball is recruiting for our Summer 2021 interns. Applicants must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university. In addition, applicants must be enrolled fall semester 2021. This will be a full-time position for the summer for 10 weeks starting near the end of May 2021.

This Internship will be a remote position.

General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship) – Resource Management

The Resource Management Intern provides important supportive tasks for resource managers, including data entry, research, report generation, and project resource conflicts for the Ball Shared Services team. The Resource Management Intern will interface primarily with internal teams.

Essential Functions of the Internship :

• Ensure end to end resource plans, resource assignments, and other critical project-related data are kept current and accurate in key information systems – most notably MeisterPlan and ServiceNow.
• Assist Resource / Project Managers across key MeisterPlan / ServiceNow Reports, research resource issues and project history, report generation, and reconciliation of resource conflicts on various projects.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Education Required:

• Graduate student with a focus in Project/Program Management, Business (Supply Chain / HR / Analytics focus), or other related area
• Technical Skills: Microsoft Suite, Excel pivot tables and graphs, Data Mining

Qualifications:

• Planning, organization, and execution skills.
• Ability to proactively manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to provide and apply creative solutions to maintain workflow.
• Strong computer skills, to include resource and project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team setting with staff of different backgrounds and experience levels.

Compensation & Benefits:

• This is a paid internship. Hourly rates between $17.00 - 22.00 for Bachelor level and up to $27.00 for Graduate level interns.
