Intern - Corporate Compliance
Location – Remote or Denver

Modivcare is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Compliance Intern to support the Corporate Ethics & Compliance team. You will engage in mentorship and networking opportunities with leaders across the organization, and you will obtain experience and insight into our Corporate Compliance operations.
You will report to the VP of Compliance. The internship is full-time, approximately 10 weeks and begins Summer 2023.
You will...
- Support the Compliance Team with day-to-day Health Care Compliance program activities
- Develop compliance education awareness materials and items
- Create summaries of laws and regulations
- Research case law
- Assist with research and analysis on compliance subject matters including but not limited to home health regulations
- Work collaboratively with various departments across the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Enrolled in a Juris Doctor Degree program preferably with focus in LLM for Health Care or Health Care Compliance
- Willingness to tackle new projects and provide feedback

Salary Range: $20-$25/hourly
