Job Description:

PolyPort is currently looking for a bright young professional to join our team as a part-time Inside Sales Representative, with the potential to move into a full-time role. This is an ideal position for an individual with a passion for the creative industry. It’s a high-velocity role that requires an entrepreneurial mindset. Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Organizing and manipulating large data sets
• Updating records in our CRM
• Generating sales leads
• Setting up meetings and demos
• Sales calls
• Working with Chloe Kettell and Sanjay Mistry on sales & marketing strategy and execution

Who You Are

You are a self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. You are detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are an exceptional communicator with great presentation skills and are comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues in a professional and helpful manner. You have intelligent risk-taking tendencies; you are not afraid to fail, but fail fast, and learn from the mistakes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, finance, or marketing
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good organization, time management, and communication skills
• Availability to work for 15-25 hours/week  
• Bonus Points if you have CRM Hubspot/Salesforce experience
