The Role

The Gogo Summer 2024 Intern: Salesforce CRM Administrator will be an integral member of our seasoned and dynamic development team, whose responsibilities include the software development, configuration and administration of Salesforce CRM within our Ground Systems and Aircraft Services Team. The aspiring candidate will assist in decomposing complex business requirements and utilizing software best practices to implement creative solutions for our end users. This individual will participate in all aspects of software development, including design, configuration, testing, maintenance, planning and estimation for new releases.
This is an extremely exciting time at Gogo, where our newest products are enabling us to provide real-time world class support and customization unlike anything else in business aviation. This role is an integral part of taking our foundational work to the next level and using our data-rich ground systems to continually push the limits of what is possible in aviation - both on the ground and in the air.

How will you make a difference?

  • Configure and implement high quality solutions to meet business needs on the Salesforce platform
  • Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements; solve business problems using your Salesforce Certified Administrator skills to build the right solutions
  • Positively and productively contribute to a fast-paced development team
  • Assess, troubleshoot and determine solutions for production support requests
  • Promote and proactively improve standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Build and maintain business partner relationships throughout on-going engagements, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
  • Assist in creating formal technical/system documentation to standards and conventions as needed by team members and end-users
  • Track project tasks, provide status and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Gogo can assist in earning Salesforce certifications


Qualifications

  • Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • You must be enrolled in an accredited school
  • This is a paid summer internship that requires an average availability of 40 hours per week in the Gogo office from May-August

This paid internship requires an average availability of 40 hours per week during the summer of 2024 in Gogo BA's main office located in Broomfield, CO. Interns are full-fledged members of the team -engaged from day one through structured training, mentorship, a diverse set of experiences, a network of peers across the company, and leadership opportunities. Our internship program is designed to provide exposure to real, complex operational projects in which you will be working with a variety of people in different business functions. Ideal candidates are top-performing students who excel at analytic problem solving and have a desire to re-engineer processes, quantify business impacts, and be part of major corporate initiatives.
Not located in Colorado? No problem! Gogo Business Aviation will provide a $2,500 stipend to assist with your living expenses during your internship. This one-time sign on bonus will be paid in the first payroll following your start date.
