Xactly is looking for a stellar intern to design and develop new features of our rapidly growing Small-Medium Business(SMB) product offering, which is built on Scala and React. In this role, you will be developing new features, tools and working closely with the cross-functional team to ensure product quality.

Our development team is small, executes quickly and is full of smart engineers from well-respected companies and universities. We focus on hiring individuals who are passionate, energetic and fun to work with.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Xactly, the leading sales performance management software company, is seeking a Temporary, full-time Engineering Intern to support our SimplyComp product and the team starting this summer 2019. This role is a 12-week internship starting in June 2019.

THE TEAM

THE SKILL SET

● Working towards or enrolled as a MSEE/CS student

● Experience in developing by using scripting or coding languages

● You have strong written and verbal communications skills; including solid writing and presentation skills and experience.

● Experience or Project work in web application technologies such as javascript

● Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and groups

● Ability to design, think creatively, problem solve, and innovate

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

● Become introduced to a large enterprise code base

● Become familiar with modern software development processes

● Work with engineering and product to find a fun and educational personal project

BY THE END OF THE INTERNSHIP, YOU'LL

● Have contributed to the overall product code base

● Have worked with other team members to gain a better understanding of professional software development
