As the Digital Marketing Intern in our Denver, CO office, you will work on a discernible project over your 10-12 week internship.  We are seeking a junior or senior in college who is working toward the completion of bachelor’s degree and is looking to gain experience outside the classroom to develop your skills and further career interests in the digital customer experience field. This internship is an opportunity to gain exposure to diverse areas with in the Industrial Real Estate space, both Corporate and / or Real Estate Operations and Development.

Project Overview: The Digital Experience team is looking for an intern with a passion for all things digital and all things marketing. From the creation of product marketing collateral to data analysis, the Digital Marketing intern will have an opportunity to explore all facets of digital marketing in an agile environment. In this role you’ll engage with multiple digital marketing disciplines, including product marketing, web production, search engine optimization and special projects.

• Advanced Sophomore, Junior or Senior level student working towards Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree
• Coursework or experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Supply Chain Management
• Ability to prioritize and manage concurrent projects well
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
• Enjoys analytical projects / work
• Demonstrates ability to effectively multitask
• Strong communication skills
• Must be well organized and highly attentive to detail
