KPA is looking for Data Analyst Interns to work on an engaging project lasting until the end of the year.
This internship will focus on data cleanup and enrichment efforts for KPA’s Quote to Cash implementation within Salesforce. The person filling this position will make a significant impact while gaining terrific database management experience. They will also play a pivotal role in this project as the data work being performed will be used for all data migration efforts.
More specifically, you will:
- Continue to build and validate our extensive Customer and Prospect database
- Coordinate the collection of updating account and contact details via research using various mediums such as external company data base tools, internet research, calling prospects and email surveys
- Consolidate data collected directly into Salesforce.com
- Report on progress of data collection on a regular and ad-hoc basis
- Review a customer account to ensure invoicing matches what is listed in Salesforce and also matches the products provisioned for the customer in our software products
- Thru the reconciliation of invoice vs. contract vs. provisioned products, identify areas where billing has been missed and revenue has leaked

- Proficiency working with Salesforce.com, MS Office suite including Outlook and, Excel

Additional Details:
- This internship will require regular availability during business hours for training and collaboration. It is expected to last until the end of 2021, but the timeline may vary.
- Compensation: $15 per hour
KPA Office/Event Attendance and COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
Daily office attendance is currently optional for all employees. Each office will be open for those seeking the opportunity to return to the office. Team meetings and events will be held in both KPA Offices and outside of KPA Offices where employee attendance will be expected.
For all KPA office sites, events and meetings, any employee attending, even temporarily, must be fully vaccinated with at least fourteen (14) days following their final vaccine. The final vaccine is defined as a second dose for Pfizer or Moderna, or the first dose of Johnson and Johnson.
