Our summer internship program for 2021 will be virtual as our team’s health and safety are our #1 priority! Don’t worry. Even though this experience may look different because we won’t be in person, it won’t stop us from having fun and making the world more data-driven.
As an intern on our Customer Support team, you will:
Assist the company as it explores the implementation of new methods for handling software support cases by:
Learning the common methods software Support teams use to handle cases, including but not limited to the Tiered Structure system and Intelligent Swarming
Collaborating with a mentor to understand Knowledge Centered Services and completing the certification as part of your onboarding
Partnering with The Consortium for Service Innovation and its members to identify challenges of moving from a Tiered Support model to an Intelligent Swarming model
Deliver a presentation to executive leadership on what you learned and propose solutions for how the team can improve their existing practices

Students currently enrolled in a degree program in pursuit of a business, information systems, computer science, and/or related degree
Ability to work for 12 consecutive weeks during Summer 2021
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and should not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
Organization and project management skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships
Written and oral communication skills
Curiosity and desire to continuously improve yourself and your work product
Students within 1 year of graduation preferred (e.g., graduating between December 2021 through June 2022)
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, CO is $29.33-$31.25 per hour. This position is remote-friendly, and as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
