Customer Success Intern
PaySimple, voted one of the best places to work in Denver, is looking for a Customer Success Intern to assist our team in providing world class service to our top customers. Primary duties will be data analytics to ensure successful set-up for new and existing customers, helping the team in managing email correspondence, working on special projects, and supporting the Customer Success team in any other ways as needed.

You can see mistakes and inconsistencies a mile away and have in-depth experience with Microsoft Excel. Finding ways to keep others prepared motivates you and you thrive in team environments. You’re a great team player but are also a self-starter and can work independently while managing a diverse set of responsibilities. This team has a lot of moving parts and you will be responsible for keeping the wheels greased!

This role is well suited for students with a focus in finance, business operations or business management with a strong service ethic, and desire to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. The position is approximately 20-25 hours a week and would be great for someone with an interest in learning how a growing, service based team runs their daily operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing data to find pricing discrepancies and reporting findings upward to team management.
- Operating in industry specific systems to update pricing, submit service tickets and following up to ensure updates are implemented correctly.
- Assisting specifically within the Customer Success team working to notify merchants via email of updates that occur on their account.
- Assist with Customer Experience projects such as updates to email templates, process and procedures, daily reporting, data clean-up, etc.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with excellent written communication.
