===== About the Role =====

The Customer Operations Intern will work in collaboration with the SVP of Customer Operations to provide day to day Salesforce reporting, data analysis, and project work supporting the Customer Ops team.

Day to day, this means:

• Assist in maintaining, enhancing and optimizing our lead management process, including actively participating in the channel partner deal registration process

• Working closely with members of the Customer Operations team on various cross-functional, cross-departmental, transformative projects

In particular for our Customer Operations Intern, we are looking for an individual who has an interest in ultimately pursuing an operational or analytical role at a SaaS company. • Currently pursuing or recently obtained a bachelor’s degree

• Able to commute to and work 20hrs/week in our downtown Denver location

• Interest in pursuing an operational or analytical role at a SaaS company

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple, competing priorities

• Ability to work cooperatively across departments

• Knowledge of Salesforce.com (or other CRM tool)

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS business operations

• Thorough understanding of workflow processes and systems to optimize marketing and sales productivity
