Position Details:
As part of the Customer Experience Organization, you will have the opportunity to join a still-emerging part of the CSG team. You will look at end-to-end experiences that our customers and employees encounter at CSG, map those respective journeys, and make recommendations on how we can improve communication between vertical business units to create cohesive experiences for our customers.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Must be analytical in nature, but able to blend quantitative data with qualitative feedback to craft an easy-to-understand story
- Able to interact with employees at all levels of the company and with customers that do business with CSG
- Assist with the buildout of our Voice of the Customer program
- Must be comfortable working with datasets related to operations and customer experience, with a background in Qualtrics a plus
- Will assist in journey mapping sessions as we turn customer feedback into priorities and actions
- Requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork, and the ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team
- Students pursuing degrees in a variety of business or analytical degrees with a passion for moving the customer experience forward could be successful in this role
- Ability to work full-time out of our Denver office from June-August
