Commercial Strategy Intern at FIS

The intern will function in an internal consulting capacity to assist Worldpay’s Sales Operations and Commercial Effectiveness function within the Denver, CO office. The intern will provide performance tracking and guidance to sales leaders with regards to executing key strategic initiatives. The interns responsibilities may include data analysis, structured stakeholders interviews and data gathering, framework application, and organizational and process re-design. Example prior projects that would be representative of the intern's focus could include: team re-design and incentive realignment for Worldpay’s retention team, development of a proactive strategy aimed at retaining Worldpay’s highest value merchants, and re-designing sales team incentives to promote greater product sales penetration and improved sales conversion.
