Analytics Internship, Summer 2023
Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for Analytics Interns for our Summer 2023 internship program! These Interns will assist multiple teams with various tasks such as business analytics, intelligence automation analytics, product & deliver analytics, BI analytics and data analytics. The position does require a blend of technical capability with a business-oriented approach.
The Summer 2023 Arrow Internship Program will follow a hybrid schedule. The number of days in the office will be determined by your manager. A specific schedule will be provided to you during the recruitment process. Arrow will supply all interns with company equipment.
Based on your experience and interests, you will interview with and work on a team for approximately 10 weeks during the summer. Start date options: June 5th or June 12th End date: August 10th Interns may be considered for potential full-time or part-time opportunities after the internship based on their internship performance and availability. • Hands-on approach to learning and applying your degree
• Chance to network with multiple interns across the U.S and Mexico
• Small forums with our Executives and past interns
• Stretch your presentation skills in front of our VP's and Directors

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a graduation date no earlier than May/June 2023
• Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer (June through Mid-August)
• Adequate WiFi
• 3.0 GPA or Higher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented mindset
• Quick learner
• Problem solving
• Limited time off request over the summer

Hiring Rate/ Range:
$34-$39/hr
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
