We are looking for an Administrative Intern for our Denver office. This person will assist in managing our Applicant Tracking System and help our recruiters with coordinating applicant interviews and experiences throughout the interview process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help clean up data in our Applicant Tracking System
• Help manage new data in our Applicant Tracking System
• Help coordinate candidate interviews
• Ensure positive candidate experience

• Minimum Education - Fall Junior Standing in University / College (may make exception if relevant work experience is noted)
• Superior organization skills
• Friendly & outgoing personality
• Natural problem solver with excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Google Apps and MS Office
