The Path Forward Return to Work program at Return Path is a 16- week paid internship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. The Impact You'll Have at Return Path
Do you have a knack and passion for problem solving? Maybe you are a person who thrives on collaboration and working on a team. As an Account Coordinator, you'll be a part of the Global Client Services team helping support our clients and helping our service team deliver results.
Account Coordinators at Return Path are enthusiastic problem solvers! We love to understand client problems, as well as view and analyze situations from a very logical, systematic perspective. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments within the Client Services team.
Role Objectives

• Assist account team by proactively monitoring client accounts, analyzing issues and providing recommended resolutions.
• Analyze client delivery performance across a variety of proprietary Return Path tools and publicly accessible tools to assist in determining most likely root cause(s) of email delivery problems.
• Be responsible for generating, formatting and preparing initial reports based on client specific data.
• Support Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
• Join strategic client calls, take notes, perform action items from those calls as a path to learning about email program optimization.
• What does it take to be successful in this role?
• Have work experience in digital marketing, communications and/or technology.
• Previous client or customer service experience preferred.
• Conduct research and draw conclusions from multiple data sets.
• Strong analytical approach including listening, questioning, and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skills in editing English (grammar, punctuation, mechanics) with meticulous attention to detail.
• Work as part of a small cross-functional team of email & client service experts.
• Experience using Excel.
