At Zoom Video Communications, we continue to grow and currently we are looking to hire Enterprise Systems Intern to be part of our team supporting various functions during the program timeline.
Our Global Emerging Talent Intern Program offers additional support through dedicated mentorship, technical trainings, a leadership speaker series and team specific events. This paid internship is for a duration of 12 weeks in the summer of 2022. The program offers cutting edge projects, as well as a mix of additional types of learning in areas of leadership and business acumen-- and is packed full of fun!
What you will do:

• Help with development of release management processes and standardized templates
• Help coordinate release activities with various team members of the Business Systems team
• Prepare presentation slides and provide any research and analysis required on projects
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and provides them support on project management and delivery activities from end to end

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old, currently enrolled in a four year academic institution completing an undergrad, grad, or PhD degree
• Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict / resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Drive to bring tasks to completion efficiently
• Strong interest in Business Systems and understanding of internal business processes through systems
• Proactive and always hungry to learn more
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
