As an Integrated Marketing Specialist at AuditBoard, you will be a part of a team that connects all the components of successful major marketing campaigns across the team on a quarter-over-quarter basis. This role will support all major cross-functional (Tier-1) campaigns, partnering closely with leaders in Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Events Marketing, Demand Generation, and Marketing Operations to deliver outsized outcomes for major AuditBoard moments.
You will also play a critical role in increasing AuditBoard's brand awareness and driving adoption of our Connected Risk Platform across target markets. You will work on high-impact brand campaigns, acting as a key strategist on media placements and our growing portfolio of strategic sponsorships. Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for driving the seamless, end-to-end planning and execution of AuditBoard’s most strategic integrated campaigns.
Campaign Leadership & ExecutionAssist in managing the planning and execution of major integrated campaigns, driving end-to-end execution of marketing programs aligned with business priorities within cross-functional teams.
Collaborate across the marketing organization to gather inputs, align timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
Anticipate and manage program risks, identifying and tracking cross-functional dependencies across departments.
Continuously evaluate existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing standard processes to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
Proactively improve cross-organizational processes for delivering complex initiatives, helping the entire team scale.
Communicate clear success criteria, objectives, and requirements to the team for every major campaign.
Help in managing the end-to-end execution of integrated brand awareness campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, OOH, podcast, etc.).
Advise in the search for media buying agencies, managing insertion orders, tracking deadlines, and ensuring flawless delivery of all media assets.
Monitor campaign performance and pacing daily, reporting on key brand metrics (e.g., lift, sentiment, web traffic) and providing clear, actionable insights for optimization.
Help to build the full lifecycle of a designated portfolio of strategic industry sponsorships (e.g., professional associations, industry publications).
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maximize sponsorship ROI, including asset delivery, speaker placement, and co-branded content creation.
Maintain a detailed sponsorship calendar and asset library, ensuring all contractual obligations are met on time.
Develop post-sponsorship reports detailing engagement, lead generation, and overall value delivered.
Provide multi-level communication plans to key stakeholders, focusing on the next 6 months to ensure alignment on vision and progress.
Be a top-tier communicator. This role will be advocating, educating, and building a new approach to integrated marketing for the business.
Be a bar-raiser. Establish a new standard for working cross-functionally across the marketing team and across the business.
Minimum of 3 years as an Integrated Marketing or Marketing Programs Specialist, supporting a marketing team.
Minimum of 2 years experience working with media agencies on media buys, CTV, display ads and other out-of-home advertising tactics.
Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
A Strategic mindset and the ability to connect long-term vision to short-term objectives and initiatives.
Experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions.
Proficiency in leveraging program and project management and reporting tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, Asana, Google Docs, Tableau, Looker, among others.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
