Inside Sales
Do you have experience garnering net new partners in the healthcare space (hospitals, health insurers, health systems) by executing telesales calls? Are you a pro at prospecting for and establishing new account in-roads? Have career highlights that include analyzing the technology needs and gaining a thorough understanding of a prospect’s business and strategic goals as they relate to healthcare products and services? We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth and evolution of myStrength’s Commercial and Strategic Alliance sales teams. This role requires prior sales experience in health care industry (eg: health insurance, hospitals or behavioral health providers). Additionally, we require someone with experience, enthusiasm and energy using cold-calling as a lead generation tool.

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
Support the Commercial and Strategic Alliance sales teams by generating activity including: Cold-calling, Developing lead lists, Culling prospects, Developing, maintaining and monitoring pipeline, Setting appointments, Prospect prep and research
Deliver clear representation of myStrength product, resources and solutions
Contribute to sales presentation development (maintain all presentation decks, modify decks by prospect needs, own pricing proposal document tracking)
Assist in setting and maximizing appointments for all sales trips
Work with Marketing Communication to outline and maintain sales drip communication and follow-up
Own prospect follow-up: Providing/monitoring access codes, Maintaining contact with prospects, Update and manage salesforce pipeline, Ensure proposals, pricing and follow-up is completed in timely manner
Provide customer with guidance and support during the contract process
Facilitate appropriate arrangements with credit and finance by presenting customers’ situations and issues
Develop and maintain relationships that produce referral business opportunities
Attend industry conferences - working the booth, demonstrating the product and networking
Facilitate with conference planning, including upfront research and back end analytics
WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED?
Minimum BA in Business Administration, or similar degree
Minimum 3 years inside sales experience within the healthcare industry
Experience, enthusiasm and energy with cold-calling as a lead generation tool. We need an effective sales person to smile and dial their way into prospects
Proven track record of exceeding corporate objectives and developing high quality client prospects within all levels of an organization
Exceptional communication, presentation and phone skills—with breadth of ability, persistence and confidence to drive new customer engagement, while representing myStrength’s culture and mission
Ability to achieve calls/week objective, set realistic goals, manage expectations, prioritize needs and stay motivated in a results-oriented, evolving entrepreneurial environment
Highly personable, but even-tempered with strong listening skills---someone who is an excellent communicator and enjoys interacting with others and providing solutions
Proven sales prospecting utilizing LinkedIn and Salesforce, or similar sales database
Intentional, progressive career development and sales experience
Current sales experience and success within healthcare industry, SAAS, EHR or Care Management
Proven track record of effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously
This position reports directly to the VP of Strategic Alliances, while supporting remote sales executives--so a successful record of providing multiple deliverables to remote departments is necessary.

DETAILS:
Located right in the middle of Downtown Denver, CO (we are also considering out of state, remote applicants)
Work on-site with ability to work remote when necessary
Client interaction is accomplished primarily through telesales calls and digital engagement; however, this position may occasionally require nationwide travel for conferences
Full Time, with Work-life balance – we don’t expect you to sleep at your desk
