About the role:

You will be responsible for the successful implementation of a community bank/regional bank/credit union CRM (customer relationship management) solution.  This requires you to fully understand the how the CRM (Connections) works, how data flows in and out of the CRM and best practices for administrators of the solution.  You will be a consultant to the client to best use the CRM, identify priorities for the CRM and focus on making sure those priorities are fully implemented, and measurable. You will be the project manager of each implementation you are assigned and work with a team to complete the implementation.  You will be responsible for training Connections administrators and users.  You will also be assigned consulting projects to help current clients better utilize the solution and implement new priorities for the CRM. 

This is a full-time position that will require travel about 50% of the time.  This position will be assigned to an FIS office and hybrid requiring to be in the office T,W,TH.

About the team:

Each implementation will include members of the data team, support team and marketing team.  You will work with the data team to ensure data is correctly being added to the CRM from the client’s core data.  You will work with the support team to complete the initial setup of the CRM and troubleshoot any issues that may occur during implementation.  You will work with our marketing team to understand how the client will use the marketing functionality, identify and coordinate any needed training.   

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting on using a CRM and setting priorities
  • Representing Connections (CRM) as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Managing the project of a CRM implementation
  • Training client administrators and conducting end-user Train the Trainer for Connections
  • Documenting and communicating status of the implementation externally and internally

  • Background in banking sales and service (retail, commercial, or lending)
  • Consultative experience
  • Training experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Required work hours: 40
  • Travel percentage for this role: 50%
