About the Role
Shark Beauty is seeking an IMC Specialist to support the global Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) function. In this role, you will assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with internal cross-functional partners, regional teams, and external agencies. This position will focus on executing global brand campaigns, creative strategy, media planning, influencer and PR efforts, as well as supporting local market activations. You will ensure campaigns are cohesive, insight-driven, and aligned with Shark Beauty's business goals.
Responsibilities
  • Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of global marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels. Ensure that campaign messaging and creative align with brand goals and drive consumer engagement.
  • Creative Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of creative briefs and ensure creative assets are scalable and adaptable across different markets. Work with regional teams to localize creative assets as needed.
  • Global-Local Coordination: Act as a liaison between global and regional teams, ensuring alignment on timelines, feedback, and activation needs. Support the execution of local activations while maintaining global consistency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Creative, Media, Influencer, and PR, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
  • Budget & Calendar Management: Assist in managing campaign budgets and tracking expenditures. Help maintain the global campaign calendar and ensure milestones are met on time.
  • Optimization & Best Practices: Help drive a test-and-learn approach by supporting the collection of insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in campaign performance and IMC processes.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing communications, brand strategy, or media planning.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to support campaign execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
