About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and analytical HRIS Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Capco’s HRIS systems. This role focuses on ensuring data integrity, improving HR processes, and providing excellent functional support to our global HR Shared Services community.

You’ll serve as a key bridge between the HR function and our technical global teams, helping to translate business needs into system functionality, streamline workflows, and deliver insights through accurate and timely reporting.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Partner with HR teams globally to gather comprehensive employee records, including names, job titles, pay rates, benefits, and contact details.
  • Defining business needs, identifying requirements across departments, and collecting all relevant organizational data for System Implementation in a Global Organization
  • Support HR projects such as new module rollouts, process redesign, and system upgrades through requirements gathering, testing, and user documentation.
  • Correct errors and inconsistencies in your existing data. Format it according to the specifications of the new HRIS for a smooth import.
  • Locate where all the required data currently resides, whether in spreadsheets or other fragmented tools.
  • Specify the features needed, such as payroll, time tracking, onboarding, and leave management.
  • Identify all necessary compliance requirements, such as tax rules and state-specific regulations.
  • Define approval flows and access levels: Based on your organizational structure, determine who needs to approve what and who has access to which information.

What You’ll Bring with You

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HRIS, HR operations, or HR data role, ideally within a global organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone, or similar.
  • UAT testing experience
  • Working knowledge of system configuration, data management, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and work collaboratively across global teams.
  • A passion for improving processes and delivering a high-quality employee experience through technology.
