The Role:

As a member of Iterable’s Workplace team, you will strive to create a unique culture and workplace at Iterable. You will be responsible for supporting our collaborative and diverse culture of innovation while overseeing the daily operations of our offices. You’ll be part of a team that ensures all of Iterable’s Denver employees come to work each day in a productive and fun workplace.

Position Details:

  • Keep a pulse-check on office culture and organize office activities & events as part of the Iterable corporate events team
  • Ensure Denver facilities are clutter free and organized and supplies are kept well stocked
  • Serve as the first face of Iterable when guests arrive to the office
  • Serve as the main point of contact for general office needs from employees
  • Coordinate onsite interviews to the office with our Recruiting team to ensure high quality candidate experiences
  • Manage Denver office snack and beverage program
  • Making sure the conference rooms are tidy and ready for guests throughout the business day
  • Assist with execution of employee workstation moves and new hire workstation setup
  • Main point of contact with building management and respond to building emergencies as needed and be a member of the emergency response team
  • Scheduling and calendaring help with our Denver Office’s General Manager
  • Proactively seek ways to streamline office processes and leverage best practices

The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of office coordination/management, administration, or facilities experience preferred.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Willingness to take initiative and resolve problems.
  • Have the ability to be spontaneous and handle last minute tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently within a fast paced, dynamic, deadline oriented environment.
  • Self-starter who can contribute positively to a team
  • Fast learner with minimum supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Proficiency with GMail, Google Docs, GCal, Microsoft Office, Slack and ability to use a Mac.

Location

Our Denver office sits in the Central Business District, just North of the Cap Hill area. Our building has a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo, and we are very close to some great coffee, lunch and happy hour spots! We are just one block away from RTD and Civic Center Station.
