Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and manage delivery of daily headquarters office activities, programs, and service objectives in a local/regional setting in collaboration with functional teams. Includes security badging, employee related event planning (rentals, security and HVAC coordination), rideshare and parking programs, purchase and stocking of office supplies and sundry items.
Serve as on-site liaison during planning and construction of office expansions including temporary spaces. Responsible for space planning, move coordination and new hire space accommodations.
Oversee property management and outsourced facilities services including: maintenance of building and mechanical systems, work orders for office repairs, janitorial service and supplies, and health & safety in a demanding environment that requires the highest level of service delivery and ensures best practices.
Manage the facilities operating budget, vendor service contracts and RFP processes, including obtaining vendor price quotes, preparing contracts and purchase orders, reviewing and approving invoices.
Has managerial responsibility over Workplace Administrator.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

- Experience in facilities management and service with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, property management or equivalent office management experience for a large (500+ employee) office.
- Able to build productive working relationships internally and externally and work as a team.
- Experience managing outsourced facilities services vendors preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds, and ability to reach overhead often.
