Position Description
Our Workday Production Support & HR Operations role is responsible for providing administrative support and technical expertise to the HR operations function. The position is responsible for end-to-end functional support and the successful candidate should possess a thorough understanding of Workday and related technologies. Our successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of Workday production experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Workday HCM module. The position may also be responsible for verification of employment and other HR operation duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Operate as Functional SME Partner with cross-functional business partner teams to support the Workday system
Maintaining Workday system processes and data throughout the employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, job changes, timekeeping, absences, and benefits
Acts as consultant regarding system capabilities within HR team, troubleshoots issues and liaises with broader team to ensure new functionality builds and updates meet needs
Provides administrative support to the HR Operations team
Acts as liaison with Business Stakeholders on all system-related issues
Maintains up-to-date User Manual and distributes to appropriate personnel
Trains HR users in system functionality and data entry
Understands and complies with established departmental processes and procedures designed to support internal controls efforts
Identifies and brings to the attention of department management internal controls deficiencies
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Workday
Self-motivated multitasker, who is extremely organized, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative in handling routine and non-routine situations
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Ability to understand the need for change and adjust accordingly
Handle all responsibilities with a high level of diplomacy and discretion and safeguard confidential and proprietary company and employee information
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and
G-Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar)
Experience in the telecommunications industry or other highly technical environment
CO pay range: $65,000 - $85,000/annually
