- Reports directly to the Chief People Officer and manages a team of seven HR professionals, including HRIS, HR analytics, HRBP/Generalist team, HR Compliance, HR Administration functions.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department and ensures that work is being conducted in an effective and efficient manager. Applies a “stop-start-continue” mindset to the function.
- Operates as an organizational leader and internal consultant to management in the areas of employee relations, policies and procedures, employee data and overall HR administration.
- Ensures that employee relations and termination activities are compliant and in accordance with company policy.
- Identifies key performance indicators for the organizations human resource and talent management functions; assesses the organizations success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.
- Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
- Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
- Supports the Chief People Officer with creating and managing the budget for the department.
- Keeps a pulse on HR trends and best practices through ongoing research and participation in professional development and networking meetings and organizations.
- Partner closely with peers in Teammate Experience, Recruitment, Compensation, and Payroll to ensure all the priorities of People Operations are working in synchronization with other key HR functions.
- Create and maintain an engaging work environment that encourages employee understanding, participation, and overall contribution to the growth of the business.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner and experience working in a fast-paced environment with experience leading and managing a team
- Experience in start-up environment, high growth, and/or M&A experience preferred
- Proficient in all current employee-related laws including: ADA, FMLA, Sexual Harassment, Title VII
- Knowledge of Salesforce, UKG/UltiPro a BIG plus
