University Recruitment Manager at RingCentral (Remote)

We are expanding our University Recruitment Programs team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition.We’re currently looking for a University Recruitment Manager who’s passionate about internship, early-career, fellowships and rotational programs. The ideal candidate has run university recruitment programs and is looking to build and expand on a well-regarded program in its early years. RingCentral is proud to do things a little bit differently, and our UR program is no exception. University partnerships is an area of growth for us, encouraging use of our freemium product and partnering with our sales teams to build deep university relationships. You’ll manage a growing team, work cross-functionally with recruiting teams and hiring managers.This is a full lifecycle program responsible for employer branding and recruitment marketing on campuses, as well as leading recruitment and coordinating programs across RingCentral. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Talent Brand and is primarily responsible for university recruitment in North America and EMEA.
To succeed in this role you’ll:
- Partner with hiring managers to establish annual hiring plan for intern, early career and fellowship programs.
- Lead the development and management of relationships with college and university personnel
- Manage a team of 1-2 and develop a campus recruitment brand message and campaign that positions RingCentral as a highly attractive employer via marketing and advertising, recruiting collateral, university careers page, and in all communications to candidates
- Partner with our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to design and implement a campus diversity recruitment strategy. Leads and plan attendance at university-related Diversity conferences and career fairs (virtual and in-person)
- Develop and oversee programming for interns and fellowships, including Intern Summits, lunch & learns, social events, networking events, and Disrupt, our intern competition (a highpoint of our intern program)
- Develop measurement and reporting processes and tools to continually improve programs and processes (e.g., cost-per-hire, advertising, travel, recruiter cost, budget, etc.) and refine strategies based on metrics and feedback.
- Manage third-party talent branding and marketing partnerships by coordinating program strategy, implementation and evaluating ROI
- Designs and implements the North America and EMEA internship program with a goal of converting the best interns to full-time hires. Consults to international intern recruitment efforts as needed
- Develops and expands our early career hiring program (Rising Stars)
- Develops a rotational program to attract high-performing university talent to RingCentral
- 5+ years experience overseeing a university recruitment program, with a focus on interns and early career hiring.
- Strategic thinker with experience growing a university program
- Ability to stand up new initiatives and programs that align with the needs of the business
- Collaborative people management skills with the ability to lead recruiters and manage hiring managers
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that rewards flexibility and perseverance
- Excellent communication skills and a good eye for compelling design
- Drive to constantly improve on the status quo and the metrics to demonstrate the improvement
