The Position

One of our 10 core values at Evolve is Learn Every Day and we are looking for a Training Operations Coordinator to elevate our efforts in support of that value. As our Training Operations Coordinator, you’ll support the efforts of Evolve’s Training and Development team by helping to enable both new hires and existing teammates with the skills needed to make an impact and continue to grow. We’re counting on you to wear many hats, keep the wheels on the bus, and help the team achieve measurable outcomes. You will coordinate all training logistics, assess training efficacy, including learner engagement and satisfaction, and help us scale learning across the organization. In this role, you’ll also have the opportunity to be part of building a learning brand, ensure consistency in communication and training delivery, and help Evolvers continue to Learn Every Day. 


What You Will Do

  • Responsible, under minimal supervision, for managing/supporting training operations and logistics across scaling business
  • Support and coordinate the operations of multiple concurrently running projects and training programs through:
    • Managing communications for participants and other stakeholders
    • Managing scheduling/invitations for facilitators, participants, and meeting rooms
    • Ensuring all materials are ready for each session
    • Prepare, print, collate, order and receive training materials as needed
    • Managing room setup logistics 
    • Managing content in e-learning platforms
    • Supporting program evaluation collection and analysis
    • Providing budgeting support
  • Assist in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating training curriculum via different mediums, including videos, articles, infographics, e-learning, and more
  • Build a training operations playbook that can support our rapidly scaling training programs
  • Maintain learning & development intranet page and training resources
  • Research and recommend new training methods for adult learners
  • Contribute ideas internally and look for ways to improve effectiveness and efficiency
  • Performing additional operational duties as needed

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3+ years professional experience required; hospitality experience preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar 
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for building and maintaining tracking systems; project management experience is preferred 
  • Strong verbal and written communication, critical thinking, positive attitude, empathy and strong work ethic
  • Experience operationalizing and supporting organization projects/programs that cover program coordination, budget management, data analytics and relationship management
  • Willingness to learn and comfort in leveraging new technology to get the job done
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
  • Believe in and embody our 10 Core Values

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and humor
  • Bonus points: Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation, as well as e-learning and web delivery tools
