Total Rewards Specialist II - Payroll
Expected compensation $50,000-$60,000 annualized

We are hiring a Total Rewards Specialist to be a critical part of our payroll administration and compliance team.
Responsibilities for this key role include supporting all payroll administration, including Federal, State and Local tax compliance and general HR programs and projects. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, analytical, resilient, quick to change direction, and customer centric.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:
Complete weekly and bi-weekly payrolls and support all day-to-day payroll functions for our U.S. employees
Assist in processing payroll integrations for our Canada and India employees
Maintain and manage employee information in the HR/Payroll systems
Maintain and manage tax notifications and filings with third party vendor
Assist with quarterly and year-end reconciliations and W-2 processing
Streamline processes and procedures as necessary within the payroll function
Assist with benefits, unemployment, and other employee programs as needed
Assist with HR systems, compensation tasks and HR/Payroll reporting as needed
Research and resolve employee HR and Payroll inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Payroll experience
Workday experience preferred
Concur experience preferred
Strong computer skills – especially Microsoft products
Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Desire to learn and grow a career in Human Resources
Additional Requirements and Details:
Travel required up to 5% of the time.
Located and working from an office location. *Our offices are currently closed and are slated to reopen in early 2022.
Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).
Frequent sitting and/or standing.
