Position Summary:
CSG Total Rewards Team seeks a new team member who is looking to join in raising the Benefits bar and elevating employee experience. This role requires hunger, energy, creativity, and passion. Hunger for ongoing learning, growth, and development. Energy for the daily sprint as well as the marathon related to consistently delivering impactful employee experiences. Creativity to inspire others by, and an evident passion for the industry of Employee Benefits and Total Rewards as a whole.
The CSG Benefits team provides support and facilitates engagement of employees relative to: health & welfare plans, retirement and stock plans, short and long-term disability plans, FMLA and corporate leave plans, as well as education campaigns related to life stage preparedness and holistic well-being.
This mindful role is a key collaborator, adept problem solver, and works efficiently with a strong sense of urgency. This Benefits team member is a paramount employee advocate, who provides enthusiastic and empathetic support while skillfully navigating the complex intersections of culture and compliance.

You Are:

You Will:
Modernize, simplify, and streamline
Maintain strong partnerships with external brokers, carriers and vendors
Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams including HRIS, Payroll, HR, Finance, and Legal
Support day-to-day plan administration of employee benefit plans and auxiliary programs
Oversee day-to-day Workday-to-carrier system integration files, data file error resolution, and bi-weekly enrollment/funding audits
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional employee experience in Total Rewards/Benefits
You Have:
BA or BS degree and minimum of 3-5 years of Benefits experience supporting groups of 1,000+ employees with the following range of proficiency:
• medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
• voluntary benefit plans (i.e. commuter, legal, etc.)
• FSA and HSA
• FMLA/medical leaves and ADA
• Consulting on strategy
• Auditing, reporting, and analytics
• HRIS systems and integration data files
• PeopleSoft and/or Workday
• High level of proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, etc.)

Experience with M&A
Strong technical skills including Office, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams,
Proficient Workday skill or certifications in one or more functional area (Workday Benefits or Workday Absence modules)
