Technology Recruiter
Description FirstBank is seeking a Technology Recruiter who will develop data management and analytics and practice project management skills in order to gather insight from analysis to lead strategic recruiting efforts for areas of Technology. This recruiter will be the subject matter expert on all core workforce functions including budgeting, capacity planning, forecasting, and real time monitoring. They will provide recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiencies with the Technology family. They will also coordinate and provide oversight for all team projects and be able to handle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. This person will work closely with Human Resources and other recruiters at FirstBank to ensure consistency of strategic implementation of Technology-level recruitment and retention efforts with employer branding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and conduct research to evaluate initiatives to understand effectiveness and identify trends
• Enable data-driven talent strategies to provide recommendations to Technology management that makes real impact
• Coordinate networking and sponsorship opportunities related to FirstBank employer branding in job markets related to Information Technology, Project and Process Management, and Security
• Provide answers to strategic questions of Technical leadership and detail their strategic implications
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external recruiting to improve recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts and efficiencies
• Continuously improve Technology recruiting and hiring practices to remain aligned with company strategic goals
• Work closely with Technology Recruiters to provide leadership support
• Research, identify, and cultivate internal and external talent networks that support the Technology teams’ hiring and retention goals
• Partner with HRIS team to maintain recruiting databases, audit data, prepare reports, and propose business process improvements
• Technology subject matter expert on ATS and available reporting capabilities
• Develop and implement budget and capacity planning
• Direct the completion, coordination, and oversight of ad hoc analysis and team projects
• Present current hiring and retention metrics to Technology senior management monthly
• Provide training and coaching to Technology management team to maintain compliant and consistent strategic hiring practices
• Provide recruiting support as necessary
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
• Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy

Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of three years of directly related experience or a combination of education and experience equivalent to seven years may be considered in lieu or minimum requirements
• Must have a valid Driver's License, insurance and reliable vehicle
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION:
• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Knowledge of IT terminology and general IT systems
• 5+ years of recruiting experience
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong branding skills
• Proven ability to apply analytical skills to quantitative and qualitative situations
• Proficiency with time and task management in fast-paced work environment

• Basic understanding of software development practices
• Basic understanding of technical infrastructure needs
• Basic understanding of security needs
• Basic understanding of project management
• Basic understanding of business analysis
• Basic understanding of data architecture needs
• Basic understanding of technical operational needs
• Ability to apply Lean and Agile practices to recruiting strategies
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise levels and light to heavy traffic. An individual in this position:
• Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
• Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
• Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
• Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
• Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
• Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
