We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and organized Technical Sourcer to uncover and attract top talent to Alteryx. As a member of the TA team, you will closely collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify passive talent through the use of strategic sourcing methodologies and out-of-the box ideas and provide research and actionable insights to fuel our searches. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be a part of a collaborative and fun team, thrives in a fast-growing dynamic environment, has proven experience applying creative sourcing techniques, and doesn’t back down from any “hard to fill” challenge.
Partner with recruiters to identify and qualify passive talent for opportunities at Alteryx
Conduct research and strategic sourcing strategies that drive a sufficient volume of quality candidates
Establish and maintain a pipeline/network of contacts for sourcing activity, nurturing, and referrals
Proactively search for candidates using various technologies and tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, user groups, meetups, networking, referrals)
Conduct initial screening of candidates and assist them through the recruitment process
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in ATS and ad hoc reports
Prepare and place external postings on appropriate search engines as needed
3 years sourcing experience, preferably within a corporate TA environment
Experience recruiting for Software Engineer roles from entry-level to leadership
Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional talent
Knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques within the recruiting space
Use a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and candidates
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong drive and commitment to achieving goals
Previous experience with Workday or a similar ATS
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience recruiting for start-up technology and/or SaaS companies.
Flexibility and creativity in sourcing efforts/approach.
Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, CO is $68,200 - $112,500. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus and stock grants.
