Technical Recruiting Sourcer - Contract Opportunity
We are currently looking to bring on board a strategic Technical Sourcer to help us continue to hire innovative, smart and motivated technical talent. In this role, you will create strategic sourcing plans, contact & convert passive talent, and help communicate the amazing things Alteryx has under way!
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with full-cycle recruiters and hiring teams to build effective sourcing strategies
- Strategically contact passive candidates focused on a high rate of conversion into hires
- Build a network of potential candidates through market research and on-going communication
- Act as a resource to the team helping communicate best practice sourcing techniques
- Successfully pipeline candidates for placement in a very fast paced high growth organization
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing Talent Acquisition processes and procedures.
- 3+ years of corporate and/or search firm technical recruiting experience focusing on passive candidate generation
- Experience with a building sourcing plans and identifying tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Experience with recruiting for high growth, fast paced companies
- Ability to be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Experience recruiting for start-up/SaaS companies is preferred.
