As part of the Human Resources Team of Reserve Trust you’ll play a critical role in managing the recruitment for our IT, Engineering and Product teams from end to end. To be successful in this role, this individual must be comfortable handling full cycle recruitment in a high growth, dynamic and fast paced environment. You will be part of building a brand new department, from the ground up!
This role reports to the Director of Human Resources and will partner and collaborate with all departments ensuring successful acquisition of talent in a mostly remote work environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle:
Partner with managers to develop job descriptions/ job cards
Obtain financial approvals for openings
Post & Manage Openings in ATS and various sites and networking
Source and screen resumes/ candidates for job matching qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Check references and necessary documentation for staff hiring
Assist with follow up on hiring decisions with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates in process
Successfully manage a typical requisition load of 15-30 openings.
Proactively partners with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies that continually replenishes the candidate pipeline.
Perform in depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online search (Boolean, social networking, LinkedIn, etc.).
Maintain professional and courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
Partner with HR Director on additional departmental initiatives and programs as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Preferred minimum of 5 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting for technical positions, at all levels of experience
Preferred Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or work equivalent
Strong experience with ATS: Lever preferred but not required
Expert Boolean searcher, active recruiter who goes out and finds passive candidates
Business acumen, understands program operations and how this role contributes to the business
Excellent attention to detail while multitasking
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products, Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems
Extremely strong organizational skills
Ability to build and develop relationships
Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
Maintain records or files in a compliant and organized fashion

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $80,000 – 100,000. Reserve Trust intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
