- Within one week, become familiar with the entire recruitment and onboarding process; begin sourcing candidates for ongoing recruitments
- Within one month, assume responsibility as the primary source of all things recruiting: In-Take Meetings with Hiring Managers, candidate screening; measure company NPS score
- Within three months, have successfully converted at least 10 sourced technical candidates into hires; identify opportunities for improvement for recruiting, hiring, and interviewing process
- Within six months, define & implement a DE&I TA Strategy; demonstrate increased quality of the recruiting process with a candidate NPS score of at least 60
- Within twelve months, execute on at least two innovative company recruiting events resulting in at least five hires per event; maintain a candidate NPS score of 65 or greater
- 4+ years previous professional experience in recruiting and sourcing for both active and passive candidates
- 3+ years experience in recruiting technical roles including front and back end engineers, product, design, and data roles
- Exceptional prioritization and communication of shifting priorities to stakeholders
- Exceptional customer service experience for internal and/or external customers
- Marketing and/community outreach experience
- Experience utilizing Greenhouse (or similar) ATS
