How you'll make an impact

By ensuring our teams in the US attract, assess and engage the best technical talent in the market.

Success looks like

  • Owning and managing end-to-end talent acquisition functions for specified teams in the US
  • Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers to ensure recruitment campaigns are managed in a timely and effective manner
  • Attracting high-caliber passive talent through innovative sourcing campaigns, platforms and initiatives

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute recruitment activity to ensure top talent is sourced from active and passive candidate markets
  • Educate and advise hiring managers on best practice hiring techniques
  • Leverage the Xero employer brand to engage talent communities for immediate and future hiring requirements
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to cultivate top talent and build talent pipelines
  • Represent Xero in a professional manner to all candidates
  • Work closely with US People Experience around induction and onboarding activities
  • Organize and attend events and meetups to raise awareness of Xero vacancies and the profile of Xero as an employer of choice
  • Assist with any additional projects as required 

What you'll bring with you

Experience 

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience
  • Experience managing a dynamic and diverse portfolio of technical roles, preferably as a member of a high-growth technology company
  • A history of attracting high quality active and passive candidates
  • Experience in a high-growth, global business (ideal)
  • An understanding of leading recruitment systems and technology and sourcing platforms
  • Experience executing value-add talent projects
