Headquartered in Lafayette, CO, Cardinal Peak is seeking a talented, energetic Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for supporting 100+ employees and contractors. You will collaborate directly with our partners and developers to drive the recruitment process. This position requires a proactive and creative individual who is comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization and is sensitive to overall business and personnel needs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process while working closely with Executives, Directors, and Managers to determine staffing needs
Post all open positions and manage the recruitment process through accurate documentation utilizing Applicant Tracking System; Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with applicants
Target passive candidates via Linkedin Recruiter
Work closely with executives to develop and administer company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives
Keep in constant communication with hiring managers regarding the status of candidates in the recruitment process using Trello boards
Proactively work with hiring managers to drive recruitment process
Write offer letters
Manage and supervise Recruitment staff including performance, scheduling
Manage Benefits administration including enrollments, terminations and open enrollments
Prepare, deliver and process all new hire onboarding process
Manage and execute all areas of on-boarding, off-boarding, recruiting, HR administration and personnel file management
Strong organizational/time management, project management skills, and multi-tasking abilities along with strong follow through skills
Ability to work on sensitive matters with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
Requirements:
BA/BS Degree
5+ years Technical Recruiting experience
Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Possesses a successful track record for identifying, selecting, developing and retaining talent
Experience with HRIS systems and Google Suite
Some experience in HR is a huge bonus
