Technical Recruiter

Headquartered in Lafayette, CO, Cardinal Peak is seeking a talented, energetic Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for supporting 100+ employees and contractors. You will collaborate directly with our partners and developers to drive the recruitment process. This position requires a proactive and creative individual who is comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization and is sensitive to overall business and personnel needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process while working closely with Executives, Directors, and Managers to determine staffing needs

• Post all open positions and manage the recruitment process through accurate documentation utilizing Applicant Tracking System; Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with applicants

• Target passive candidates via Linkedin Recruiter

• Work closely with executives to develop and administer company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives

• Keep in constant communication with hiring managers regarding the status of candidates in the recruitment process using Trello boards

• Proactively work with hiring managers to drive recruitment process

• Write offer letters

• Manage and supervise Recruitment staff including performance, scheduling

• Manage Benefits administration including enrollments, terminations and open enrollments

• Prepare, deliver and process all new hire onboarding process

• Manage and execute all areas of on-boarding, off-boarding, recruiting, HR administration and personnel file management

• Strong organizational/time management, project management skills, and multi-tasking abilities along with strong follow through skills

• Ability to work on sensitive matters with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality

Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree

• 5+ years Technical Recruiting experience

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

• Possesses a successful track record for identifying, selecting, developing and retaining talent

• Experience with HRIS systems and Google Suite

• Some experience in HR is a huge bonus
