General Summary:
As Technical Recruiter you will be part of the growing and collaborative Talent Acquisition team. By leveraging your recruiting experience and advanced sourcing skills, you are passionate about finding the right talent, for the right roles, to support our growth. This position’s impact is significant in that it represents the company’s brand as an employer, and influences the makeup of the workforce.
You will sit directly with the HR team, work in close collaboration with all brands, and report to Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.
Core Functions:
- Conduct full cycle recruitment process to bring qualified talent into the company
- Proactively build deep technical talent pipelines to support current hiring needs.
- Proactively build relationships with technical talent to support future hiring needs.
- Screen and evaluate candidates on technical and non-technical skills.
- Facilitate our recruiting process, ensuring that candidate experience is at the forefront of everything we do.
- Administer technical assessments.
- Manage job offers (verbal and written) and close deals with a high rate of success.
- Research, recommend, and implement new sources for candidate recruiting.
- Improved recruiting processes and identify new sourcing strategies.
- Attend networking and recruiting events as needed.
- Deliver interview training to interviewers and hiring managers.
- Coordinate with the broader HR team to facilitate exceptional onboarding.
Requirements
- 5+ years full cycle recruiting experience.
- 3+ years Corporate technical recruiting experience preferably at a small to mid-sized SaaS company.
- Knowledge of advanced and creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent through a variety of tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: confident and able to communicate with levels of the organization.
- Display a sense of urgency and priority within your work.
- Excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative. Ability to identify things that need to be done or areas where assistance would be helpful, with the desire to jump in and assist without being asked.
- Build credibility within the organization by being viewed as approachable, candid, inventive, knowledgeable, helpful, and engaged.
- Drive hiring processes that produce high quality outcomes.
Benefits
Compensation:
Peaksware is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $75,331 - $125,552. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment that is well-lighted, heated, and/or air-conditioned with adequate ventilation and a noise level that is usually moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
