As Housecall Pro experiences unparalleled growth we are looking to bring on an IT Talent Acquisition Partner for a 3 month contract with possibility to extend longer or become permanent. How we will keep you busy…

  • Build relationships with our internal partners to find diverse technology candidates
  • Proactively find and identify top talent using job boards, networking groups, and social media platforms
  • Manage calendars and schedule interviews with our internal partners
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert and resource for the team and organization around technical recruiting

Who you are….

  • 2-4 years experience recruiting technology and other tough-to-fill roles (i.e., Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, etc.)
  • Ability to speak to technical roles including an understanding of different Engineering tech stacks (i.e., Ruby, RoR, Javascript, React)
  • Experience using Greenhouse as an applicant tracking system is a plus

Location

We are actively hiring in San Diego, CA and Denver, CO. Majority of our employees work remotely but we have an office in the RINO district if employees choose to come in.
