The Technical and Corporate recruiter will help support the full life cycle of the recruiting process to include determining job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews and assisting with on boarding. We anticipate this role to be 75% technical recruiting and 25% other roles for recruitment. We work consultatively with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find candidates for our Development Team helping find Software Engineers and Product Owners for Hotel Engine. We’re also passionate about delivering a candidate experience that lends genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here. We’re seeking a dynamic Recruiter who brings a balance of creativity, focus and determination to our team.

Essential Functions:

  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys hiring manager -specific and/or role-specific strategic recruiting strategies.
  • Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with hiring manager requirements.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows, as required
  • Partner with onboarding team to create a smooth transition from accepting an offer to becoming a team member
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience within Software Engineering or Product Recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred
  • Previous experience recruiting for information technology and/or engineering related roles
