Greenhouse is looking for a Team Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our team!

We have big plans for 2021, and we're on the search for a Talent Acquisition leader to help drive our anticipated growth. Empowered by the Greenhouse product suite, you’ll partner with hiring managers across departments to enable informed hiring decisions, while at the same time building out your own team of Recruiters. This is a high-visibility role in which you’ll work with top leaders in the SaaS industry, in an environment committed to defining what “best” looks like in hiring.

What you'll do:

  • Execute on our Denver hiring strategy and own job searches from kick-off to close
  • Partner cross-departmentally with key hiring leaders to empower informed decision making
  • Build and manage a team of recruiters based on the business’s needs
  • Uphold effective, data-driven hiring processes that positively impact the greater TA team’s metrics
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all Denver-based interview processes
  • Act as a senior People team presence in Greenhouse’s Denver community
  • Iterate! When you see something that could be better, tell us!

What you should have:

  • Full-cycle recruiting experience across functions
  • People management experience
  • Motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that resonate with our brand voice
  • Experience building out structured hiring processes, a plus
  • Experience performing against team or individual key performance indicators, a plus
  • Experience using Greenhouse in-house, a plus
