Skupos is seeking a Talent Scout/Sourcer to join our Denver-based Talent Acquisition team for a 3 month engagement. The Talent Scout will partner with the Lead Recruiter and hiring managers in identifying and engaging top talent for our business's critical job openings in our Sales and Customer Experience organization.
Responsibilities:
- Researching and qualifying top prospects for the Sales and Customer Experience functions.
- Identifying prospects through strong research and networking skills by using creative sourcing channels
- Develop solid relationships with hiring teams and utilize their networks to generate strong pools of talent
- You'll manage prospect pipelines using Lever, our applicant tracking system
- You will support our employee referral program with an eye towards increasing the diversity of talent pipelines
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role with an emphasis on building passive talent pipelines
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Lever is a plus.
- You have a knack for coming up with creative ways to find top talent
- You are proficient in direct sourcing using the most well-known tools like LinkedIn, but also enjoy thinking creatively to use user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
- You're very analytical and love to measure the success of your efforts
- Expert-level internet search, and networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop things that scale, increase efficiency, and maximize impact
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
