Ombud is seeking a multi-hat Talent Recruiter & Office Manager to help us scale our team. This past year, we grew over 50%. That level of growth will continue this year and into the next. That’s where you come in. In partnership with our Director of HR, you will execute Ombud’s recruiting strategy to meet our aggressive growth targets and keep our team operating at full capacity. The perfect candidate will recruit across business and technology roles. This is an incredible opportunity to grow a successful software company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Reporting to the Director of HR, execute Ombud’s recruiting strategy
  • Office management duties (supply inventory, office duties, etc.)
  • Learn business requirements and job functions to ensure and enhance recruiting pipeline
  • Onboarding preparation for new employees
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and interviewing teams
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on role definition, interview preparedness, and decision making
  • Source, engage, and screen top tier talent utilizing a number of recruitment mediums
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
  • Greet candidates upon arrival, facilitate tours and administer interview assessments
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and promote Ombud as a top workplace
  • Other administrative duties and special projects as needed

About You:

  • 2+ years of recruiting and interviewing experience, preferably with a staffing firm
  • Experience being the “go-to” person in an office of 20 to 200
  • Track record for sourcing and attracting top candidates through cold outreach efforts
  • Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), experience with Greenhouse a plus
  • Prior experience sourcing and recruiting technical and customer-facing roles alike
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to excite candidates about Ombud
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
