TeamSnap is seeking an operational/service-oriented Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator to provide talent acquisition operations support as we scale the team for rapid growth. We anticipate doubling, if not tripling our headcount in the next few years so your work is critical to helping us scale effectively. Get ready to ride this rocket ship as we shoot for the stars! 


What can we promise you? You’ll join Allan Leung’s team where you’ll have opportunities to work on key talent acquisition initiatives to grow and further hone your craft.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping find or create new sources for talent. You’ll connect with prospects who may not know about TeamSnap and get them excited about opportunities on the team
  • Maintaining and updating all postings to ensure that we’re not promoting roles that no longer exist
  • Maintaining our applicant tracking system (Lever) integrity and logging all appropriate information to help us track candidate progress from initial contact to offer
  • Providing support to the various tools we utilize to screen and interview candidates, raising your hand to take on some screens to grow your recruiting skills
  • Putting yourself in candidates’ shoes to create a raving candidate experience. You’ll efficiently coordinate virtual and on-site (HQ) interviews and set up thoughtful candidate touchpoints like interview swag, interview agendas, and more
  • Flexing your logistical muscle by organizing multiple components of job fairs and recruiting events for a variety of audiences such as college students, recent bootcamp graduates, working professionals, etc.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador of TeamSnap while supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Being involved in special people-related projects as needed to advance TeamSnap further.

What’ll set you up for success:

  • 1-2+ years experience in talent acquisition, people, administrative, or executive coordination
  • High attention to detail and a sense of urgency when juggling multiple priorities
  • Commitment to providing high touch, outstanding experiences to candidates, hiring leaders, and the People Experience (PX) team
  • Experience navigating different applicant tracking systems or CRMs (Lever a plus)
  • Comfortable interacting with all types of people through different channels of communication

Location

We are headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, but this job is remote (unless you happen to live near Boulder, in which case you’re welcome to come to the office). TeamSnap is a mostly-distributed company, so you must be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same physical location as you or each other. While we love all parts of the world, we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.


Compensation

We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The annual compensation range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, inclusive of base and bonuses or commissions. This range applies to Colorado-based employees only and may be adjusted based on work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.

We're fully remote, but our HQ is located near Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado within walking distance of countless coffee shops and restaurants.
