As a senior internal recruitment specialist, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle hiring of digital marketing professionals and other departments for the Metric Theory team. You will partner with directors nationwide to determine hiring needs, recruitment strategies, and the best ways to take applicants from source to hire.


You will proactively identify and assess passive and active talent as our company continues to grow. As a member of our team, you will work closely with our Talent team and Hiring Managers to develop creative strategies to find the best digital marketing talent in our 5 office locations nationwide and contribute to the overall recruitment process of sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing. 


You will have a significant impact on the delivery of interviewing and pipelining while investing in strategic approaches to identify leading talent. We invest a lot of time into engaging passive and active candidates through a highly engaged approach and an awesome candidate experience. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you will have the chance to identify and recommend process improvements and partner with the talent team to execute upon them.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • You will successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various channels in addition to help coach more junior talent team members on sourcing and interviewing strategies
  • Develop and execute on a recruitment strategy to build a solid pipeline of candidates and other talent segments as needed, utilizing various channels such as applicants, referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, university career portals and fairs, and researching to select sourcing tools to attract passive talent
  • Oversight of MT’s ATS system and candidate tracking
  • Conduct phone interviews for entry level through Director level roles
  • Opportunity to build and drive talent sourcing and recruitment initiatives
  • Produce analytic reports related to hiring
  • Assist with employee onboarding process & check in with new hires
  • Due to our growth plans, it is critical that this hire possess the qualities required to develop into a strong leader for our team in the future.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience owning full recruitment cycle from source-to-hire
  • Experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a top-tier network
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills while also possessing the ability to work autonomously
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects and relationships
  • Excel proficiencyLeadership experience in some capacity, either professionally or personally

Not a Must, but a Plus:

  • Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean searching 
  • Familiarity working with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (Lever and Greenhouse) and resume databases
  • Experience building and developing pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates
